Early Life and Background

Born Samantha Elizabeth Faiers on December 31, 1990, in Brentwood, Essex, England, Sam is the daughter of Lee Faiers and Suzanne Wells. She has an older sister, Billie Faiers, who is also a television personality. Sam's early life was marked by family challenges, including her parents' separation. She attended Shenfield High School in Essex.​

Television Career

Sam gained national attention in 2010 as an original cast member of ITV2's reality series The Only Way Is Essex (TOWIE), where she appeared until 2014. Her on-and-off relationship with co-star Joey Essex was a central storyline. In 2014, she participated in the thirteenth series of Celebrity Big Brother, finishing in fifth place. Sam later starred in her own reality series, Sam Faiers: The Baby Diaries (2016), which evolved into Sam & Billie: The Mummy Diaries, co-starring her sister Billie, running for nine series until 2021.​
